Questions buyers ask
How do I know the phone isn’t stolen?
We check every phone’s IMEI on the government’s Sanchar Saathi portal when we buy it and again before it ships. We also send you the IMEI, so you can check it yourself on Sanchar Saathi.
Will I get the phone in the listing photos?
Listing pictures show the model. Before dispatch, we send photos of the exact phone you’ll get, along with its IMEI and battery health.
What if I don’t like the phone you picked?
Cancel before it ships and we refund you in full. You have 12 hours to reply; if we don’t hear from you, it ships. After delivery, you have 7 days to return it if it has a fault or doesn’t match its grade.
Can I buy on EMI without a credit card?
Yes. Choose cardless EMI if your bank or lender has given you a pre-approved offer, or pay in parts on UPI. Both need the lender’s approval, which takes a few minutes at checkout.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order comes with a GST invoice that shows your phone’s IMEI.
